OUR ORGANISATION
CSB maintains a very simple and effective leadership structure that is intent on serving as a movement that partners with a network of Christian organisations to work for the higher good. It has a leadership team that all serve on a voluntary basis and who maintain a high level of accountability to each other and the organisations with whom they partner, and all subscribe to the published statement of faith. CSB’s succession is built on it proactively bringing younger members into the leadership team.

OUR HISTORY
This initiative was started in Durban (KwaZulu-Natal) in 2001 as an opportunity for fellowship and encouragement of Christians. It then expanded to Cape Town (Western Cape) in 2015 where it now serves under the banner of CSB (www.csbsa.org.za). In addition to providing opportunities for fellowship and encouragement of Christians, CSB also actively invites and welcomes friends who have yet to be introduced to a personal relationship with Christ.

OUR PARTNERS
CSB aims to be a catalyst for attracting evangelical Christian organisations to serve in partnership with it for the higher good. It recognises that the whole is more important than individual parts and that as Christians we are called to be known by our love for each other and for people in general. Apart from like-minded organisations, CSB places a high priority on working with evangelical churches and their leaders so that new Christians can find a spiritual home where they can enjoy fellowship with other Christians while growing in their faith.

Hans Scriba serves on the management team of Stellenbosch Rugby after serving as manager of academies at SA Rugby. He played rugby for WP from 1985 to 1991 and the Sharks from 1992 to 1997. He is married to Jenny and has two daughters Nicole and Stephanie.
Trevor Pascoe is the CEO at Old Mutual Multi-Managers and is married to Liz and has a daughter Grace and son Brody.
Eddie Andrews serves as a Councillor in the City of Cape Town. He represented SA in rugby from 2003-2007. He is married to Jacky, and he has two daughters Erin and Jessie and a son Joel.
Charles de Villiers is the owner and CEO of Westside Enterprises and is married to Shannagh and has three daughters Kathryn, Jenny and Nicky and son-in-law Chris.
